The Introduction and Chapter 6 are the most valuable. The Introduction describes Reeves' Leadership for Learning framework. Chapter 6 describes the DDDM lessons that can be learned from the Norfolk (VA) school district, winner of the Broad Prize for Urban Education. Chapter 7, which discusses effective grading in schools, is also pretty interesting and would be good discussion fodder for classroom teachers.
