Scott McLeod is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Iowa State University. He is coordinator of the Educational Administration Program and Director of the UCEA Center for the Advanced Study of Technology Leadership in Education (CASTLE). In 2007 Dr. McLeod received a Leaders in Learning Award from the cable industry, an Emerging Leaders Award from Phi Delta Kappa, and was named as one of the National School Boards Association's 20 to Watch.
